At Jeevaniti, trust is the whole point of what we do, and that includes how we handle your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to jeevaniti.com and the services offered here.

What we collect
Birth details for your Kundli. When you generate a free Kundli, you give us your name, gender, and your date, time and place of birth. We use these to calculate your birth chart, and we store them along with the chart we generate so we can show it to you and understand how the service is used.
Order and contact details. When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can process, deliver and support your order.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay processes them under its own security standards. We receive only a confirmation of whether a payment succeeded.
Usage information. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your device and browser type. Your cart is kept in your browser's own storage on your device, so it is there when you come back (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
We use your information to generate your Kundli, to process and deliver your orders, to send you updates about an order, to respond to your questions, to keep the site secure and working well, and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the partners who help us run the service, and only as far as they need it:
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Our delivery partners, to ship your order.
- Our astrology data provider, which performs the birth-chart calculation for the Kundli tool.
- Open-Meteo, our place-search provider. The birth place you type is sent to it so we can find the location and time zone for your chart.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
We don't use cookies to follow you around the site. Your cart, and a reference to a checkout you have started (so a retry doesn't create a second order), are kept in your browser's own storage on your device, not in a cookie, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own team when they log in to manage orders; visitors browsing the site or placing an order are not given one.
When you pay, Razorpay's checkout window may set its own cookies on Razorpay's domain to process and secure the payment. Those are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — to deliver a service, support an order, or meet a legal or accounting requirement — and then we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your saved Kundli details. Write to hello@jeevaniti.com and we will help. We may need to verify your identity first.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
